SAP EWM Presales Activities

On behalf of myBrand I was acitve in multipe presales projects. Due to confidentiality I can not go into detail on specific customers, but they are active in the retail industry. During these projects we did a "Warehouse Management Discovery Scan". This scan includes a mapping of all warehouse processes and evaluating the fit within EWM. Also we explored future benefits of transitioning to SAP EWM and proposed these to the clients. My responsibilities include: 

• Mapping warehouse processes: This was done using DC visits and documentation review. 
• Assessing current IT infrastructure: To determine how SAP EWM would fit here and how it could potentially improve the IT Infrastructure. 
• Hosting client sessions with stakeholders: I have hosted multiple sessiosn with management, key users and other stakeholders to retrieve their requirements or gather their feedback on some preliminary conclusions we could share.
• Determination of proper SAP warehousing product: Based on the gathered information we would advise a SAP warehouse product, such as: Basic Extended Warehouse Management, Advanced Warehouse Management, SAP Stockroom Management or (E)WM in S/4HANA Public Cloud. Moreover, we would provide advise on the deployment potions (Private, Private cloud or Public Cloud). 
• Presenation: At the end of the assessment we would create a presentation for management.
