RFID Project at ASICS EMEA

At ASICS' EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, I led the implementation of RFID label printing to support global traceability and logistics efficiency. Leveraging SAP Smart Forms, I enabled the generation of RFID labels directly within the SAP system. The print data was dynamically converted into ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) and sent to Zebra printers for execution.

Each RFID tag was programmed with a unique EPC (Electronic Product Code) in compliance with ASICS Global standards. To streamline operations, label printing was fully automated through SAP EWM’s Post Processing Framework (PPF), triggering the process seamlessly during the picking stage.
